Well today I set this up, don't know how its going to work, me and these things usually don't see eye to eye. I have only recently found out about these "blogs" and plucked up the courage to give it a go...........Should have started this wayyyyyyyy back when I started "my journey" .
Anyways I started my weight loss journey back in September, or should I say my NEW LIFESTYLE journey, and so far all going well. Or it was till Christmas come along. But after beating myself up and getting ashamed of myself, decided I would have a few relaxing days, not count points or anything, then today (Boxing Day) begin again. That I have done.....so here we go.
