Self Sabotage


 Can anyone help??

I need strategies to help me stop self sabotaging. I had a great week last week, this week I can’t stop myself eating myself silly !! 

I look in the mirror and I hate myself. My clothes are getting tighter, or not fitting.

I am so over myself.

  1. I just read a book called atomic habits by James clear. It gave insight to habits and the ‘bad habits’ that get us! Some of his words were remove the appeal of the bad habits!!!

  2. I feel so much for you Jen. I honestly think you’re not in the right frame of mind to ‘diet’ (how I despise that word)! You’ve got a lot on your plate ,so be kind to yourself. Throw away the scales! Take one day at a time and do the best you can. Eat mindfully, check portions and ask yourself, do I need that, am I satisfied?
    Love yourself as your family love you. It’s bloody hard, but at the end of the day you have to be happy and enjoy every day you have. I have been battling my weight all my life! I’m 65 go to a weight watchers meeting every week! Up and down! I’m alive! I choose to be happy in my skin and try to do the best I can. That’s all I can do!

  3. I came to your blog from Mary Fran's. I wish I had some words of wisdom, but I really just wanted to say I am feeling the same way. I am focusing on just making sure I work out right now. Once I feel like that is mostly a habit, I will start tackling my eating. I just can't deal with too much at one time.

  5. I too am visiting from Mary Fran's blog. I have no idea either. I will say I am right there with ya sister! I did well yesterday and then ate my face off last night. Good news is that temptation is now gone-In my intestines. The bad news is that those calories are in my body now too. Haha
