Yep....its time!!! I have dillydallyed around long enough...yoyo'ing up and down for months now. I weighed in tonight and had a gain of 800g..!!! LIKE WOW!!!!
I thought I'd had a good week, thou son has caused a lot of stress....but nahhhhhh hubby said I was either eating well or not eating at all...
So its time to get the tracker out, plan out my days and yep....get my butt into gear and get myself down to goal.

Jen, those scales are a real crack up - they've really given me the giggles! Seriously though, there must be something in the air! I didn't lose when I was expecting a good 1/2 kg loss, a good percentage of people at my meeting put on and our leader said it was probably fluid retention due to the hot days we've been having.. So keep chugging down the water this week, tracking and exercising, that's what I'll be doing as well! Good luck & keep smiling! chris xx

Good luck! Have caught up on your last few entries - can imagine weight loss is that last thing on your mind at times. Such a lot going on with your son. I hope he listens and gets some help. Hang in there:)
ReplyDeleteThink it's quite understandable that you've temporarily lost a bit of focus but you're spot on with the idea of tracking - at least you see what exactly you're doing - mind you you might not like it! But I know my best results are when I write it all down! Hope things are going OK on the family front

I started last week and found I wasn't eating enough.
This is just as bad as not enough.
Tracking will help you gain that balance again.
